Our mission is to reduce the impact of living with aphasia.

• We provide information and advice about aphasia and associated challenges.
• We provide support for people affected by aphasia
• We work towards increasing the public's awareness of aphasia and its effects
• We provide a range of therapeutic activity for developing communication, skills and confidence

Speakeasy works for people in the Bury area but depending on resources may extend help to encompass those in a wider geographical area.

Speakeasy staff will liaise with Healthcare Trust speech and language therapists to offer a seamless approach to delivering impairment and social approaches to therapy.
